Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived trust dan risk terhadap behavioral intention melalui ease of use sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah masyarakat di Kabupaten Kebumen yang pernah menggunakan Fitur Shopee PayLatter. Sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan metode accidentiial sampling.
